General sales and delivery conditions

The following delivery conditions apply to all offers and deliveries of ESINTE s.r.o., unless otherwise agreed.


Only written orders are accepted on the basis of already prepared calculations. Orders can be sent to INFO@ESINTE.EU or via the ESINTE client section.  Received orders for spare parts and equipment are confirmed by the seller to the buyer by email, service orders are also confirmed by email and are also displayed in the ESINTE client section. This concludes the purchase contract between the parties. Spare parts orders received before 15:00 will be processed the same day.

Purchase price

The purchase price is based on the manufacturer's recommended prices. If VAT is not indicated, it will be charged at the legal rate. If a discount is granted on the purchase price and this is not duly paid by the due date, the discount will be added. The calculation always includes the cost of packaging.

Delivery date

The indication of the delivery date is always informative and not binding. The delivery date can only be specified after receipt of the order. The delivery time for standard spare parts is 48 hours. If necessary, spare parts can be sent within 24 hours or by express courier. The price of these services will be specified on request. Partial deliveries are permitted unless the buyer explicitly excludes this option in the order. In this case, the freight for each partial delivery is invoiced according to the applicable price list.

Acceptance of goods

The buyer is obliged to take delivery of the ordered goods and to inspect them immediately. Claims for damage to the goods in transit must be filed with the carrier and the seller must be informed in writing. For this purpose, photo documentation must be taken.

Warranty and claims

The warranty does not cover defects and damages caused by improper handling, intentional damage or negligence. Defects caused by normal wear and tear are also excluded from the warranty. Any claim for incomplete delivery must be made within five days of delivery of the goods. Later claims cannot be accepted.

  • Parts subject to wear and tear are excluded from the warranty - parts of the plasticizing unit (screw, all parts of the "RSP" return valve, barrel, barrel head, nozzle, nozzle valve parts and heating belts and heater) and all filter inserts, gaskets, O-rings, wiper rings, hydraulic and water hoses, valve diaphragms, temperature sensors, fuses, turntable guides, backup batteries, bushings, pins, couplings, brakes, clamping kits and belts.
  • Spare parts are warranted as standard for 6 months from the date of delivery. A spare part marked "Installation by ESINTE service technician" can be ordered without this service exclusively without warranty. A 12-month warranty on spare parts can be obtained by signing a service contract.
  • Service work is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of acceptance of the work.

Payment terms

Invoices and other tax documents are sent separately by post or email. The date of taxable transaction is the same as the date of delivery. In the event of default in payment, the purchaser shall pay default interest at the rate of 0.1% of the amount due per day. In the event of default of payment more than 14 days after the due date or in the event of repeated default of payment, each subsequent order will be delivered only after payment of the advance invoice. The default interest is not subject to review or reduction by judicial means.

The invoice for spare parts or service work is due 14 days from the date of the taxable supply or as agreed.

Transfer of ownership

The goods remain the property of the seller until the purchase price is paid in full by the buyer. Liability for any damage to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon acceptance of the goods.

Withdrawal from the contract

In the event of unilateral withdrawal from the contract by the buyer, the buyer undertakes to reimburse the seller for all costs associated with the performance of the contract incurred by the seller up to that time. Spare parts with a notice of the impossibility of cancellation cannot be returned and will be invoiced at full price. Returns of other parts and equipment are subject to the manufacturer's approval including quantification of costs (minimum 25% of the purchase price).

Purchase conditions

Buyer's purchase terms and conditions that conflict with these terms and conditions are not binding on Seller, even if they are part of Buyer's purchase order and Seller has not disputed them.

Law and Court

Other rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended. All disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the parties primarily by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved at the Regional Court in Olomouc. The law of the Czech Republic shall apply to the exclusion of international sales law.
